Interpretation | normal findings

(1) Spirometry | qualitative assessment
Normal findings with bulbous inspiratory loop and sharply rising triangle showing linear drop with expiration
(2) Spirometry | quantitative assessment
No obstruction with normal value Tiffeneau index (94% of the predicted value), spirometrically no restriction with normal value vital capacity (118% of the predicted value).
(3) Bodyplethysmography | residual volume
Residual volume normal value (99% of the predicted value); with body plethysmography no restriction with unremarkable TLC (114% of the predicted value).
(4) Bodyplethysmography | flow-pressure-curve
Narrow loops with a cutting angle < 90°.
(5) Functional tests
Not necessary.
(6) Transfer factor
Normal value transfer factor and transfer coefficient, no distribution disturbance (DLCO = ≈ DLCO/VA).
Findings
Normal ventilation.
